Analysis of the Effects of LED Light and Harvest Age on Vitamin C and Antioxidant Levels of Curly Lettuce (Lactuca Sativa L.). Vegeta bles are very beneficial for body health because they contain lots of minerals, vitamins and fiber, one of which is curly lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). Vitamin C and antioxidants play a role in the body in maintaining the metabolic system, immunity, and warding off free radicals. The increasingly limited land requires an alternative to overcome the problem of land conversion, namely the plant factory system using hydroponic technology to produce high-quality products. Lighting in plant factories can be done using LED (Light Emite Diode) lamps. This study aims to determine the effect of LED light and harvest age on chlorophyll content, vitamin C, and antioxidants. This research was conducted in May-July 2024 at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture Jl. Pulau Moyo No. 16X, Pedungan, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali at an altitude of 9-10 meters above sea level. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is LED light with four levels, namely P (white), MB (red-blue), B (blue), M (red). The second factor is the harvest age, namely at U1 = 14 hss (days after planting) and U2 = 40 hss. The results of this study indicate that there is an interaction between LED light treatment and harvest age on chlorophyll, vitamin C and antioxidant content. The highest levels of vitamin C and antioxidants are found in the blue LED light treatment and a harvest age of 60 hss, while the chlorophyll content is found in the red-blue light treatment and a harvest age of 60 hss.
