Growth of Orchid Protocorm Dendrobium anosmum Lindl. on Addition of Various Organic Materials In Vitro. Dendrobium anosmum Lindl. orchid is an orchid species known for its many benefits and dazzling flower visuals, making it one of the most desirable orchid species for collectors. However, the high demand and difficulty of natural germination in its natural habitat make the existence of this orchid species increasingly threatened. Conservation efforts are needed to maintain its existence through in vitro propagation. This study aims to find the best organic matter in Dendrobium anosmum Lindl. orchid protocorms on MS media. It was conducted from December 2024 to March 2025 at the Laboratory of Plant Tissue Culture, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, Denpasar City, Bali. The research was arranged in a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with six factors with four replications, and 24 experimental units were obtained, namely D0, Da, Dk, Dp, Dak, and Dkp. The results showed that the addition of several organic materials had a significant effect on two variables, namely on the time of bud emergence (Dk with 15.75 HST) and on the number of buds (D0 with 2.25 pieces). The Dk treatment tends to give the best results on shoot emergence time (15.75 HST) and leaf emergence time (10.50 HST). The D0 treatment showed the best results on the number of shoots (2.25 pieces) and the percentage of live planlets (81.25%). The Da treatment showed the best results in several variables such as the number of leaves (1.81 pieces), the number of planlet roots (1.06 pieces), the length of planlet roots (0.37 cm), and the height of planlets (0.47 cm).
