  2. Review Criteria: Evaluates originality, theoretical contribution, methodology, clarity, and relevance to the field.
  3. Timeline: Typically completed within 4–8 weeks; reviewers provide detailed feedback.
  4. Revision: Authors may revise and resubmit within a stipulated timeframe.
