  1. Initial Screening: Editors assess submissions for completeness, formatting, and alignment with the journal’s scope
  2. Plagiarism Check: Manuscripts are screened using tools like Turnitin (max 20% similarity allowed)
  3. Peer Review: Eligible papers undergo double-blind peer review (see Peer Review Procedures)
  4. Decision: Authors receive notifications of acceptance, revision requests, or rejection based on reviewer feedback
