Pola Komunikasi Santri Kelas Tujuh Dalam Memercayai Musyrif di Al Azhar Yogyakarta Boarding School
Abstract
Good communication is based on trust. Trust can increase openness, create effective and harmonious communication relationships. This study focuses on the communication patterns of students and musyrif (dormitory coaches) at Al Azhar Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta. The approach used in this study is interpersonal communication theory that examines social communication relationships between individuals. The results showed that the pattern of communication between students and musyrif in the form of two-way direct communication and three-way indirect communication as dominating communication. The patterns formed are internal patterns, intervention patterns, and authority path patterns. These patterns use different varieties, that is, official, scientific and familiar varieties.
