Equality in employment is defined as the absence of discrimination. The government optimizes the right to equal opportunities through the SDGs agenda and Presidential Decree No. 59 of 2017. However, access to employment for people with disabilities is still low, including deaf people. Inclusive restaurant Warung in Bali is a positive example by employing 17 deaf (50% of total employees) in various important roles. The diversity of Warung Inclusive Restaurants is the aim of this research. The communication dynamics of deaf at the Inklusiv Warung Restaurant are discussed in more depth regarding communication patterns and communication barriers for deaf using an analytical scalpel from cumulative structure theory. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and qualitative documentation. The results of this research reveal that the communication dynamics that exist among deaf at the Warung Inklusiv Restaurant depend on expressions and gestures. In non-verbal communication, facial expressions and gestures play an important role for hearing and deaf who work at the Inklusiv Warung Restaurant in conveying meaning and emotions. A deep understanding of communication patterns, barriers that may arise, as well as the use of appropriate expressions and gestures is very important to create an inclusive work environment and facilitate effective communication for deaf and all team members at the Inklusiv Warung Restaurant.
