MAKNA IDEOLOGI KULTURAL LAGU-LAGU POP BERBAHASA KEI
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the ideological meanings sung through Kei language regional pop songs. To reveal this meaning, an approach to the concept of meaning, the concept of ideology, the concept of language in culture is used. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis which emphasizes verbal understanding and interpretation. The results of the analysis show several ideological meanings, including the ideology of togetherness, the ideology of longing, the ideology of helping each other, praying for each other, and loving each other. These ideologies are still maintained in the shared cultural ties of Kei language speakers (Ve Evav).
