Food price monitoring plays an important role in supporting food security and maintaining regional economic stability. The Food Security Agency of Tabanan Regency conducts routine surveys of food commodity prices in traditional markets as the basis for policy formulation and decision-making. However, the survey process is still performed manually, resulting in duplicate data entry, longer processing time, a higher risk of human error, and delays in report generation. This study aims to develop a web-based Executive Information System for Food Price Surveys to improve the efficiency of data management and provide strategic information for decision-makers. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed system provides features for user registration, authentication, commodity management, food balance management, survey data entry, executive dashboards, and reporting. System functionality was evaluated using the Black Box Testing method on nine main modules. The testing results showed that all modules functioned according to the specified requirements, with success rates ranging from 96% to 100% and an average success rate of 98.56%. These results indicate that the proposed system effectively supports food price survey management, improves the accuracy and efficiency of data processing, and provides timely information to support strategic decision-making within the Food Security Agency of Tabanan Regency.
