Sistem Rekomendasi Dan Sistem Pencarian Destinasi Wisata Dengan Pendekatan Ontologi

Abstract

This research develops a recommendation and destination search system based on ontology to improve the distribution of tourist visits in Badung Regency. By using an ontology approach and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the system can provide more relevant destination recommendations based on criteria such as price, distance, operating hours, and rating. This method enables the presentation of destination information in a more structured and accessible manner for users. The evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which showed that the system is easy to use and beneficial to users. The evaluation results indicated that the system had an average Perceived Usefulness (PU) of 5.93, indicating that the system is useful in meeting user needs. Additionally, the average Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) of 6.04 showed that the system is considered easy to use. This evaluation shows that the system can introduce alternative tourist destinations, thereby supporting more equitable and sustainable tourism development in Badung Regency.
